1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SDET Unicorns Academy ("the Service"), operated by SDET Unicorns Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Pricing

We offer the following purchase options for access to our courses:

• All-Access Bundle: $79.99 one-time payment — lifetime access to all current courses
• Individual Courses: $12.99–$19.99 per course, one-time payment

All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change. The All-Access Bundle price may increase as new courses are added.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 72-hour refund window from your purchase date.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of your purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• After the 72-hour window, all sales are final with no exceptions

4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

We take payment disputes seriously. By purchasing access to our Service, you agree to the following:

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for a refund (within the eligible window) constitutes a violation of these Terms
• Your account will be terminated immediately upon filing a fraudulent dispute
• You are responsible for any chargeback fees incurred
• We reserve the right to pursue collections for fraudulent chargebacks
• We maintain records of all transactions and communications for dispute resolution

5. Access Terms

All purchases grant lifetime access to the included course content:

• Individual course purchases grant lifetime access to that specific course
• All-Access Bundle purchases grant lifetime access to all courses available at the time of purchase
• Future courses added after your purchase may not be included and may require a separate purchase
• Access your courses at any time through your account on academy.sdetunicorns.com

6. Account Terms

• One account per person is permitted
• You may not share your login credentials with others
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Account sharing or unauthorized access will result in immediate termination without refund

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, code examples, and resources are the intellectual property of SDET Unicorns Inc.

• Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content
• Screen recording or capturing of course videos is prohibited
• Certificates earned are for personal portfolio use only and may not be used for commercial purposes
• Any unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action

8. Third-Party Platform (FreshLearn)

Our courses are delivered through FreshLearn, a third-party learning management platform. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• FreshLearn handles payment processing and course delivery
• You are also subject to FreshLearn's Terms of Service
• We are not liable for technical issues, outages, or errors on the FreshLearn platform
• Platform issues do not extend refund deadlines unless you contact us in advance at contact@sdetunicorns.com
• For any platform-related issues, please contact us and we will work with FreshLearn to resolve them

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary increases, or career advancement
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party services, including but not limited to FreshLearn
• Course content is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
